Before you Book:
Individual consultations are primarily delivered online via Zoom and are offered during dedicated private consultation hours each week. Due to other work committments, appointment availability varies around my wider schedule. I will always try to accommodate clients where possible, but specific days, times and regular face-to-face appointments cannot be guaranteed.
Private Health Insurance Reimbursement: As a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), all my individual consultation fees are eligible for reimbursement through your private health insurance
Please note: Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email containing your session details.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment with Kennedy Performance has been confirmed, the allocated time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other clients.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of €150. This policy applies without exception.
To avoid a cancellation fee, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. All cancellations must be submitted via email to hello@kennedyperformance.ie. Verbal cancellations or late correspondence will not be accepted.
Rescheduling Policy
In circumstances where Kennedy Performance is required to reschedule a previously selected appointment, an alternative appointment date and time will be proposed in writing.
Upon receipt of a rescheduled appointment notification, you are required to confirm or reject the proposed appointment within 48 hours by replying in writing to hello@kennedyperformance.ie.
Once a rescheduled appointment has been explicitly confirmed, the appointment will be treated as fully accepted, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
If no correspondence is received within the 48-hour response window, the rescheduled appointment will be deemed accepted, and the standard cancellation policy will apply to that appointment.
